[iito] Business Intelligence has discontinued Life-Sciences-UK.com, or [LSUK], as well as Life-Sciences-France.com, or [LSF]; two business web portals covering the UK and Irish as well as the French life sciences industries, respectively.

All data from [LSUK] and [LSF] will continue to be available via [iito]’s European web portal [LSE]. Users of Life-Sciences-UK.com will automatically be redirected to the news page for the UK and Ireland at Life-Sciences-Europe.com, and users of Life-Sciences-France.com will automatically be redirected to the news page for France at Life-Sciences-Europe.com. Not a single data set will be lost.

Marcus Lippold, head of [iito] Business Intelligence, comments: »We successfully continue to consolidate our European life science web offerings, while at the same time we start to expand our regional coverage with a beta version of a web portal that will focus on the transatlantic life sciences industry: Life-Sciences-USA.com, or [LSUS].

He continues: »Starting at the end of October 2018, we now have discontinued three of our European web portals: Life-Sciences-Spain.com, Life-Sciences-UK.com and Life-Sciences-France.com. Although these discontinued portals combined represented more than 100,000 page views per month, nonetheless we succeded in increasing our overall web traffic since October 2018. [iito] web portals – excluding the discontinued ones – now attract more than 13,000 page views per day. In addition, we are planning the discontinuation of Life-Sciences-Germany.com, or [LSG], until year-end 2019. As of today [LSG] has a six-digit number of page views per month. At the same time we have scheduled the full launch of Life-Sciences-USA.com for autumn 2019.«

From 11 January 2019 on, the following [iito] business web portals will continue to be available online for free:
